As an example of the felting process I made a large gorilla named King Kong! You can buy him on Etsy now HERE. Bellow is some images from the day. Take a peek!

Life Drawing

Because I’ve been focusing on animal drawing for two years I decided it was time to brush up on figure drawing. It’s like anything els, if you don’t use it, you lose it. So I went to T.O. for a session (where I drew the bellow images, 10-20 mins/each). Then signed up for 11 weeks of life drawing class at Sheridan starting on the 7th. I’ll not only improve but I’ll also create an archive of figures to use in my illustrations. Sweet!

I’m practising and continuing to seek out learning opportunities for my watercolour paintings. I’m using online tutorials, a book about utilizing a loose style and practice. Here are some beginning paintings. More to come!
